Whispers of trouble in Chris and Gwyneth’s marriage have been around for a long time, but looked like they were making a go of it in August when they purchased a new house. But, “it didn’t work. The marriage has major problems. They’re at a crossroads and there’s no knowing if the relationship can survive… they’re leading separate lives. She finds him immature. He finds her pretentious.”

Meanwhile, Kate Bosworth “has been chasing Chris for a long time,” a source reveals. “All his friends think that there’s something going on with them.”

Josh Duhamel is shooting down a new supermarket tabloid story alleging he cheated on his pop-music superstar wife, Fergie, earlier this month with a stripper.
In an interview with The National Enquirer, Nicole Forrester says she and the 36-year-old Transformers hunk enjoyed a sex romp in an Atlanta hotel room while he was in the area shooting Life As We Know It, a comedy costarring Katherine Heigl, Christina Hendricks and Josh Lucas.
But Duhamel's rep insists the story is bogus...
"This is not the first nor will it be the last time that a stripper was paid a large amount of money to sell a false story about a celebrity," Duhamel's rep said in a statement released this afternoon. "This story is absolutely ridiculous."
Forrester, who reportedly goes by the name "Delilah" when she is working at a nude club called Tattletales Lounge, claims Duhamel introduced himself as "J.D." and said he was in town making a porn movie.
Earlier today, E! Online was contacted by a rep for an Atlanta-area attorney claiming he was representing a stripper who was interested in "compensation" for details about an alleged hotel tryst she had with Duhamel. "Our client has taken a polygraph regarding this incident and passed," an email from the attorney's office reads.
Fergie and Duhamel married in January.

But Forrester says she has saved text messages and "a lot of evidence" that she had a tryst with the actor.
She denies feeding the story to the National Enquirer herself, saying that the tabloid came to her, offering her $500 just to come in and talk, after an anonymous tipster reported that Duhamel was bragging on the set that he had "banged a hot, blonde stripper at Tattletales."

Forrester insists that she is not in this for the money or the 15 minutes of fame. She just wants to clear her name and not be branded a liar.
"I would actually pay money to make this go away. If I had it, I would do it, you know? But I don't," she shrugged. "Nothing I can change now."
And she says she doesn't fear Duhamel, Fergie or their legal team.
"No, because it's the truth. I'm not lying about anything, and he's just as guilty as I am."
Sounds like a classic case of he-said, she-said, everybody-cringes.

"When they arrived they found a conscious patient who was not feeling well at all. They made an initial assessment and took him to the Great Western Hospital (in Swindon) for further assessment."
His condition was not thought to be life threatening, she added.
"The stage went dark and he was taken off the stage and then his band all left the stage," The Daily Telegraph's website quoted 40-year-old eyewitness Mark Taylor as saying.
"There was a wait of about 25 minutes before one of the stage crew came on and said Morrissey had left the building, and that he was seriously ill.
"Everybody started booing, thinking 'here we go again'. He has a bit of a poor track record for cancelling his concerts."
The Mancunian singer has been touring North America and Europe since releasing his ninth solo album, "Years of Refusal", in February.
He has cancelled several concerts during the tour, including dates in Florida, North Carolina, California, Britain and France.
"Morrissey was brought in to the Accident and Emergency department," said a Great Western Hospital spokeswoman.
"He has been seen by the medical team. At this stage his condition is stable."

Throngs of photographers often jockey to get the perfect shot of a celebrity, but that doesn't mean it's welcomed. Britney Spears famously had enough one night, taking an umbrella to a photographer's SUV.

In 1998, Schwarzenegger himself had his car swarmed by paparazzi while he was picking up his child from school.

Jennifer Aniston received $550,000 and an apology from a photographer who used a high-powered telephoto lens to shoot her in the backyard wearing only panties.

While paparazzi may get a bad rap for their methods, celebrity columnist Ben Widdicombe said things are not always what they seem.

"A lot of times the shot you see in the magazine is actually orchestrated by the celebrity themselves," said celebrity columnist Ben Widdicombe. "Celebrities like Britney Spears, for example, are infamous in the industry for letting their assistants tell the paparazzi when they'll be leaving the gates."

Celebrity photos can be big business, especially when it comes to major milestones. Demi Moore and Ashton Kutcher reportedly pocketed $3 million from OK for their 2005 union. Eva Longoria and Tony Parker received $2 million from OK for photos of their lavish Paris, France, wedding.

Expectant celebrities can also rake in big bucks. People magazine reportedly paid $14 million for the first pictures of the Brad Pitt-Angelina Jolie twins.

The new California law makes it a crime to take and sell unauthorized photos of celebrities in "personal or familial activity." Violators face fines up to $50,000. The anti-paparazzi amendment takes effect in January.
