She looks washed out in these and her hair looks kinda yellow. She should add in some highlights and lowlights.

I usually don't like short hair on women, but I get the look she's going for. I think with some tweaking (getting the color right) it could work. She's lucky that she looks good with all colors and lengths (minus the ombre hair - but that doesn't look good on anyone!).
