The vintage looking ones are from L'Uomo Vogue/Vogue Italia (The masculine looking pieces are for L'Uomo and the Glamorous from Vogue Italia, they were shot together)

She is wearing Alice for Temperley + McQueen clutch and louboutin shoes.

I don't like her dress at all but WOW! Just look at her body! She looks absolutely incredible. I love her hair here. She really looks much better than before pregnancy.
