I believe her shoes were by Tom Ford and the cross bracelet she is wearing was originally Wallis Simpson's that she bought at an auction. (She had a lot of jewelry replicated of Wallis' but I do think that that piece is the real thing.)

Hah! Well, of course. But I think it had more to do with the fact that a lot of Wallis' things belong to museums, etc. Also, things tend to get lost during filming and it would be a travesty to lose anything that actually belonged to her. (There was an incident where Andrea Riseborough accidentally dropped a replicated Dior piece into the ocean during a scene in the South of France.)
Madonna and daughter, Lola, promoting their search for the next Material Girl.

i know,i've heard about the South of France accident!Do you imagne losing the actual cross bracelet?!That's the one piece of jewelry that meant the most to Wallis!oh,and that Macy's video is hillarious! She's a great sense of irony.
^ I love the one of her in the cape. You can't see her face but you know it's her.
