This is the finished t-shirt.
I printed out the phrase, then I copied it with a fineliner on the shirt by putting it underneath and finally filled the letters out with cotton paint

Ok I already posted this in the customisations thread but since it's a T-shirt I might post it here too

These worlds seem so far apart but their connected the moment we buy something made by children.

That's why I cut the T-shirt in half ,top representing poverty and lower representing , well us. Then I made them come together with a red ribbon that represents the action (when we buy) that combines these worlds.

I also printed out a text that says Awareness

I idea is that all money from this would go to charity.

here are pictures

You guys have done some great stuff! I was wondering if anyone could help me, me and a friend have been looking somewhere to get a bulk of cheap plain white t shirts unfortunately we've only been finding them in quite a thick cotton which has absolutely no drape quality whatsoever. We are working with weights and things and need something quite light. I wondered if...
a) Anyone knew anywhere in London we could find something like this
or
b) Anyone knew any techniques we could use to make the t shirts the right weight?

I've found an almost see-through white shirt at H&M, they are very light and are reduced up to 50%.
What do you mean with "right weight"?

Just made this, this week out of sheer boredom. Not too creative, but I am going to rip the arms off (with my teeth)...

I love what thus crafster girl did with her shirt. I just wish I didn't suck at sewing, but maybe I'll attempt the tutorial one day. She posted it on photobucket here.

Some garments I customized lately:
Before and After:

I made a pair of jodhpurs from a random pair or creme, men’s pants. All I did was sew the part of the trouser (between knee and ankle) tight to my leg. I know that, to make them look exactly like the ones on the runway, you need a different/special pattern.
Anyway, this is how my own, home-made jodhpurs turned out:

Wow shilly! I don't really like the dresses desings, but it looks like you are a very good at sewing? There are to much rufles on there in my opinion, but it looks proffesional.
