Toho Shoji is great too for large, chunky chains. I don't know if they ship international though.

I'm currently making some neckpieces. beading will be my death. Hahahaha! Planning to sell this in the future (still on the prototype level) so I'm just doing this for myself and my friends to show around town! hahaha!

I'm dying to make my own jewelry but I am completely clueless as to how to start. Does anyone know of any books or any sites that are good enough to learn some techniques from? And I'm looking for things beyond the scope of basic beading.

All the jewellery posted on this page is incredibly beautiful! I made flowers from a scrap of white lacey fabric and used them for a necklace and pin.
