Some men wear it, especially here in NY, in order to show off the insignia/stitch on the back pockets of their jean. I do not sag my jeans anymore. I am 20 now, that is what junior high school/high school kids do. Grown men should not. If the pants do not fit, buy your correct size.

this freshman at my school sags his skinny jeans... and the best part of it all is that he wears a belt w/ them and they're girly jeans.

I've never done this, not even when I was a wee one. I'm not that much older now and I don't plan to start. I've never understood how gravity sometimes never takes into effect with these pants

Agree!! I love to sag my jeans a little bit, maybe just enough to show the waistband of my boxer brief. It just feels much more comfortable and I can move more easily compare to when I wear jeans on my waist
