What I remember best about this issue is that a man bought it for me in an attempt to woo me, knowing I liked the magazine.

He worked in a newsagents. But alas, all that and it still didn't work out. I liked someone else.

FYI, I've checked GIANNI VERSACE COLLEZIONE DONNA AUTUNNO INVERNO 1993-1994 N. 25 catalog and this spread which is included exactly as been published in Italian Vogue, represents a small portion of the entire AVEDON session. Additionally, there are two more great layouts in this catalog, ATELIER by Steven Meisel (with Kristen McMenamy) and VERSACE JEANS COUTURE by Bruce Weber (with Stephanie Seymour and boys).
