Thanks very much for searching purposes it would be great if you would credit the photographers The behind the fence ones are Chris von Wangenheim, and some of the others are Andrea Blanch. But who shot the cover and is that Janice / Bitten / Peggy - ed Mike Reinhardt again?

Supermodel, definitely. She did French Elle in 1975, that was pretty much her first work, and then she was all over all the vogues, elles, bazaars and cosmos until 1981 or so, although to her chagrin she never was on the cover of American Vogue. Loads of campaigns too...
