I finally went for a lighter shade of ash blonde. Sorry, this is the best picture I managed to take. The top part looks a bit copper-y because of the light's reflection and camera angle, but the color at the bottom is more like it.
Your hair is looking amazing! I am aiming for a color like that just a little bit darker.

my current hair. i'm not sure if i wanna keep it this "dark", i'm thinking about going a bit lighter... and my used-to-be-bangs are in my face all the time, which is really annoying. my hair is getting too long, really in need of a haircut too.

Your hair is looking great, e-v-elina! so healthy, you can really see it even if the quality of the pic is not the best.

May I ask what shampoo & conditioner you are using?

usually i just use whatever i get my hands on =p not any specific brand. and i hardly ever use conditioner. i wash my hair every single day - i pretty much do everything i shouldn't. but it's working for me, apparently.

i use kerastase oleo relax oil after i've washed my hair. that's about it. and i hardly ever use hairspray or stuff like that.

I have a question, i recently, about 2 weeks ago, got my brown hair highlighted and lightened, some of old highlights came out very ashy, and some too light, and being on the beach the past week it got alot lighter, so in general, i want to go just a little bit darker, without losing the effect of the highlights and gold color. My stylist is in another country that i wont be visiting anytime soon (for atleast 2-3 months), so should i
buy a glaze thats brown and just put it over my hair and that might tone it down? or
go to a hair salon, and i might risk them either darkening my hair completely or putting in more color (lowlights etc)
whats the best bet?

My haircolour now, it was a tad more reddish before (link)

I´m just wondering if I want to grow my hair long or if I will cut it a littlebit shorter. I´ve never had long hair before.

so after having blonde highlights and a light base, I wanted to darken it just one level and cover up the roots, the hair colorist ended up giving me really dark hair, almost black, even he said "im surprised it came out that dark". I've been washing it everyday for the past 2 days, yesterday even 2 times, used head and shoulders as they say it can help remove the dark dye, i even used some baking soda and vitamin c (reading on the internet) no luck. He used an amonia free dye, not a permanent one, any idea? i dont want to re-color my hair just want it to fade out a bit. any suggections?

^ Last time i went back from bleach hair to dark tones i also get a bit darker than expected and wanted...
but stop washing your hair like trying to get rid of the color... eventually it will clear up... beleive me!!! if u got a very dark tone it means that ur hair wasnt that damaged as it would be expected so thats good news... try to hold on a bit... and next time... wait 3 weeks at least try a re-dying on a lighter brown tone...
