Hair Salon / Colorists Recommendations - Orange County ?

Hi gals, I'm looking for someone who can make my hair black to light brown and I'm finding it so ahrd to find a great stylist in the OC. I don't want to drive to LA to get my hair done. Please let me know if you ladies can recommend anyone. Thank you!

It's far from you, but I swear by Purple Circle in Silverlake here in LA.

I see this thread is old but I just moved to OC and want to make some major changes to my hair. I would even be willing to drive to LA for a good haircut! I would love some recommendations!
