well you should change your shampoo every 2-3 months i think........try to use the resistance range for awhile and then use another range in 3 months......then go back if you need to.....but don't use the same shampoo forever
I LOVE Kerastase. Since the first time i tried the shampoo, there has been no going back. I used to use a range of shampoos and conditioners, supermarket ones and salon brands, but always had to change after some months. After 2 years of Kerastase, i still LOVE it! Never thought a shampoo could be this good.
I usually use the shampoo Bain Satin 1 (orange/peach) and condition with Lait Vital. My hairdresser advised me to just use Lait Vital and leave it in a couple of minuts and abstain from buying a mask, as she said the Lait Vital is enough. During a stressed period I switched to Bain Force (the green one) and that was also great.
I also use the oleo-relax, it it sooooo smooth. Tried some samples of shampoos and treatments in the oleo-series; not bad at all, but my hair is happiest with the Satin/lait vital.
I have used the pink bottled shampoo and the mask, and also the oleo relax oil, and I have to say, that I am not crazy about the shampoo, the mask is great but you really do need to towel dry your hair and apply to get the best results, and love the oil, its fabulous!
I've only heard good things about the brand so I tried the Oleo Relax shampoo, serum and hair mask but they didn't do much for me really. Maybe I should go with their products that enhance curls instead. I'll give it a try...
I totally agree with the Oleo Relax opinions - the stuff totally rocks. My hair is puffy without it and when I flat iron, my hair shines like GLASS. It's so worth the money.
I got the Bain Satin 1 and Masque Intense for free, and after two weeks of use I still haven't seen a difference.. My hair isn't shinier nor softer. I expected a lot from Kerastase, I'm quite disappointed
What i like best about the shampoo is how CLEAN my hair feels after using it. Lots of shampoos promise "shine" or "protective wax" or other crap. Kerastase just cleans, and how it cleans! Before i got used to it, i had the feeling my hair hadn't been this clean ever ...
And after its cleaned and toweldried, the fantastic other products are free to do their thing. Ah.
Orane: try the oleo-relax anti-frizz oil thing ... that thing is smoothness in a bottle.
I need to buy more Bain Satin 2. Should I buy Bain Satin 1 as well for summer? My hair tends to dry out a lot in the winter, but not so much during summer.

I wanna Try Kerastase, however I was SO confused when I went to buy it... So maybe someone could help me out. I have normal hair, and would want just the basic shampoo and conditioner they have. Also, I was wondering what makes Kerastase so expensive? Is there some kind of special ingredient or something?
