So i'm going to be cutting and coloring my hair and I need some suggestions..i'm indecisive sometimes haha.

Wow, your hair already seems quite beautiful! If you don't want to sacrifice length you can go for long layers since, sometimes curly hair can increase or decrease in curl when it is short. If you're willing to sacrifice some length, maybe try collarbone length cut. For color, I think a cool darker brown with a few caramel brown highlights through it would look nice on you (similar to this pic.) Hope this is helpful!

Thanks! I'll deff keep that in mind i love the collarbone length cut maybe i'll get the guts to cut it like that
