For straightening your hair, esp short hair - best thing would be to use Kerastase... the Nutri-liss (leave in conditioner) is amazing and can really improve the texture of your hair, making it a lot easier to straighten... Once it's straightened, the Aveda Control Paste is wicked for hold - just use less/more for different hold control...

It has worked really well for me - I have curly/wavy hair - and I'm mixed, so I've got that intense Asian coarseness. The Kerastase makes my hair feel almost fine, which is crazy! And I use my BabyLiss ceramic hair straightener... At any rate, maybe try that and see how it works...

Is that a long term straightening? Cuz I want something that will last, even if my hair are wet and stuff like that. You know, I want to straighten my hair so I could go in the shower and put gel and they will still be straight .!

Thanx!

I would love to help you, but I don't know what you could do to straighten your hair, sorry :Flower:
But I love Bob Dylan's hair, I think that it's very charming with kinda short curls, a friend of mine has that and it looks great.

Well there is such a thing as a men's flat iron. similar to a woman's only the iron is only 3/4" thick or so and made by a men's company. I only know this because my friend owns a salon(and yeah, he uses it sometimes). So for going out and such, that's a very real option. Kinda metro, but if you want to get rid of curls it would probably only take you 5 minutes.

Lovely curls but to be honest, all that gel isn't very becoming, your hair just looks wet. Do you have a picture of it dry? I think dry would be much better.
The Beckham hairstyle would probably look nice on you, but first you'd have to either relax or straighten your hair. Relaxing makes your hair super duperly straight.
I'm not sure if they have that at your local hair stylist's but you could ask or show them a picture of the beckham haircut and see what they suggest. A professional stylist would know best.

I'll most probably cut my hair in the beckham style and straighten them in the summer... I'll talk with my stylist!

And here is me without any gel and messed up hair, this morning it was less messy but...oh well ! Thanx for the comment.

OMG! Your hair is so cute without gel
I change my vote. Keep your hair like it is in that picture! So adorable!
