But I never get my hair to look that straight and shiny, although I have straight hair!
What are some tips? Any good products which help??
Flat iron + Finishing product. There's no way that hair is not flat ironed.

I'm tired of having roots every three weeks . Any other color suggestions? I want a color that would flatter my fair olive complexion & light eyes, rather than compete.

Wow you're gorgeous. Why don't you try going back to your natural color with some chunky blonde panels on top (I only say this bc it's less drastic then changing the whole color at once). Also this way it won't look so bad as it grows out because you wouldn't want the panels at the root anyway.

Anything darker will look great on you IMHO. You would look stunning in black But, as the saying goes, once you go black you never go back (unless you use bleach).

I really need help! I'm in a total hair crisis. I just had bangs (ala irina) , but I grew them out, because they really didn't work. Now my hair is just long and boring and blah. I attached a pic of what it looks like now. I don't know what to do! I'm thinking of cutting it, like in the other pic that I attached, but I'm not sure. Help! (pic from urbn.com)

You could pull off the short hair for sure. You have a pretty face, but it's hiding behind all that hair! If you keep it long, you should layer it and open it up around the face. But, i'm sure you know your hair will get bigger the more you layer it because of your natural wave.

Does anybody how to achieve these curls?

thehairstyler.com

My hair is straight but I think short hair with large curls looks so sexy, like the in first picture.

I'm thinking about getting bangs soon, and I was thinking maybe in the style of Petra Nemcova?
