IMO one of the biggest issues regarding short/long is if your hair is straight or has wave to it. If you like Nicole’s look but have wavy hair you’ll be spending a lot of time taming it. I’d love to have a bob, but my hair is has a slight wave to it that isn’t particularly noticeable when it’s long. But when it’s shorter, instant mushroom head And I’m just not willing to put that much time into it.

DON'T DO IT!!!! You're hair color is gorgeous, take it from an artificial red-head.

I recently got Kiera Knightly's haircut, and I LOVE it. I also had long thick hair. But I love how short it is now. The only thing is, you still have to get consistent trims, because when your hair is short, and starts to grow, it loses it's "shape" a lot quicker, and can start to look a little "ragged". If that makes any sense, I don't think I explained it well at all.

Need help in finding this certain style
My sister is getting ready for her prom and she wants the hairstyle bun that Jennifer Lopez had during the 2001 Oscars. We can't find pictures of the back of her bun so does anyone have any pics of style?

aw, you would look so good with long hair *sighs*

peruse the looks on these website

- http://www.ukhairdressers.com/style/main.asp -- do a search for men's cuts, don't use length to narrow down the search cuz those are subjective and are often miscategorized. keep in mind the pics on that site are all very dramatic, and styled and what you'll probably get is a toned down version

- http://www.curly-sue.com/Hairstyles/index.php -- and some more

There's not much to be done at that length... although spelling's a start.

I bought a new buzz cutter and did the summer cut, instead of growing it longer

I love the picture of the dark hair you posted - probably because that's how my husband has his hair :p - I think it could work for you

How Do I Get This Hairstyle?
Long and wavy/curly. My own hair is long and slightly wavy when it's wet, but straight when it dries. Are these hairstyles possible w/o getting a perm?
