I got a pixie! I want to change my color now though, but not sure what to do. I have it lightened a bit and with some highlights of the sort, but those will grow out any minute now and I really like short hair with lighter color. I think it just gives it more texture.

I want to grow it out, and dye it back to my natural color, my ends are quite damaged though from a color disaster about 4 months ago, and I constantly want to go get a good solid inch chopped off.

I'm getting a haircut sometime in May, but before that I'm giving my hair a good old wash with this:

I suppose it's called a toner, but it lasts forever and gives such a nice shine

I guess this colour is something similar to my natural hair colour. Wouldn't know, haven't seen it for ages

L'oreal casting is soo good. It's become really hard to find in the US for some reason.
I am growing my hair out. Boring, but that's what I'm 'doing' to it right now.

^A lot of the colours are just gone in Denmark as well. I had to order form the UK

^ gaaah nooo dont dye your hair at home... honestly! Unless you have one of those you put anything on it and never gets damaged...

my hair does need a hairdresser visit... problem is no idea if going back to the fringe or what to do with it really...

^same here. i've been hesitating on going back to auburn for a while, also getting a new cut... but because my hair is in such a bad shape atm i'm afraid most of its length would have to be gone

so by not going to the hairdresser's i'm worsening the already awful situation... it's a vicious circle really.

Trying to decide if I 'need' highlights. Actually, I think I did decide I am getting them, now I just want to wait and let my hair grow another inch or three before I go to the salon. It's still too short for my liking and I have a feeling that highlights will look weird unless I let some of the layers grow out more.
