I was wondering if anyone has tried the new feather hair trend? I'm curious about what its like and if its worth it.

^ my sister has it, she says it's very easy to manage, as long as you don't brush the feathers. i think it's worth a try to do it yourself(only problem are feathers are sold out at many places) or find a salon that has a good deal. my sister upkeeps it by buying her own pliers etc so she can remove and move it up her hair as her hair grows.

I have pastel feathers in my hair (I used to have pastel hair but I'm over that, I like the more subtle feathers) and I use my own pliers like mentioned to reuse and reapply the feathers when needed. It's really nice and the feathers can be heat styled on low heat.

Anywho, I have a hair appt on Wednesday, getting my hair done a bit like Kat von D's old hair. Haven't had bangs in a while, I'm nervous!

I'm getting a long bob next, with the subtlest a-line to it. Classic with a little bit of a twist.

I colored my hair yesterday and now - I asked for strawberry blond and although my hair is strawberry, it's less blond than before... :P. so I'm going to spend some time on the beach to see if it will sort itself out, or if I have to go back...

I'm so tempted to get mine chopped off after seeing some gorgeous short styles recently, but I know I'd regret it. It's an awkward mid-length now, I just really wanna get past this awful phase to get lovely long hair. I find with mid-length it's really hard to make it look good without spending a lot of effort..with long hair mine's super straight so I can just brush it and go.

I have been dying my hair very dark for years and want to have more natural light brown now, does anyone know how to achieve this without going to the hairdressers?

Supposedly Honey Lightening would work but it takes a long time and has to be done repeatedly to lighten it more than a shade or two.

Pampering it with precise treatment and new line of products. It looks so shabby and it kind of has been through a lot of colouring so I can only play doctor with it now ^^

I'm coloring it back to my roots so I can let things 'go' for the rest of the summer.

I've ruined my hair big time. I've been using box colours for a while with no problems but recently I used a different brand and colour and its gone black (instead of medium brown). Its horrible. Im going to the hairdressers on my days off next week to get it fixed. I keep on having nightmares that they have to cut it all of though so im terrified (my hair is half way down my back!). Wish me luck!
