The collar, waist band, and flare insets in the skirt are in red, aqua, purple, and Kelley green, with black fish. The waist is gathered in with 6 rows of round elastic and the collar is pleated to a rolled band neck edge, that has extended tie ends to fasten at the throat, having a purple and white bead on each end. The dress has an all over pattern with fish motif sea grass, and coral, all in the above mentioned colors.
