I want to go back to 2010 when people still cared about Andrej.

Where has he been lately?! No NYFW?! He turned into a woman basically & now it seems nobody wants him anymore. I still have hope though.

I've thought about this for some time and I think the problem for Andrej is that he's pretty much a woman now. As an androgynous boy, he is unique. But as he pretty much only does womenswear these days, the novelty of 'Andrej Pejic' has kind of worn off. Even I'm bored.

I don't mean to give the impression that being a woman is a problem. I respect whatever decision Andrej makes and if living his life as a woman is what he wants, more power to him. But I do think it will, and maybe already has, hurt his career. He says he's just taking a break this season (thus the lack of work) but whether or not that's the complete and honest truth, only he and his bookers know for sure.

I think Andrej just need some kind of reinvention; career-wise. His whole career has been based on the androgynous 'boy in womenswear', and it's gotten old. He is a bonafide trailblazer for sure, but it would be nice to see some edits with him in a nicely tailored Tom Ford, or Gucci, Prada (menswear, of course)

I'm not sold on him being a trailblazer but yea, I'd like him to do more menswear... but I'm not sure he could pull that off at this point (because he's so womanly). It would be interesting to see him try tho.

I agree with Gooner 100%. Andrej is very Gimicke-y now. He certainly isn't a trailblazer by any means. Many Andro. boys and girls came before him. It isnt anything new. The thing that made him special to me was his personality. So endearing, humble and sweet. This new Diva-esque/C**t thing he has going on now? Really? BORING and very fake and overdone.

Can we also kill the C word? Not because it's offensive, but because it's boring already.

Yea, I'm not at all a fan of his 'new' personality. Like you said, he used to be sweet and endearing. Now, I can barely stand to watch/read his interviews. One has to hope its all an act and that the little bit of fame he's enjoyed hasn't gone to his head. Otherwise, what a shame

Definitely vintage Andrej! It shows that he CAN definitely STILL model menswear. I'm glad someone else sees my opinion. I believe that little bit of fame did probably go to his head and he started acting how people expect someone who looks like him to act (if that makes any sense). I feel this may have affected his career. I would think this would turn designers off. It's just tacky. Just my opinion.
