Melanie is no longer at VP. I think she is freelance now. What a shame. Just goes to show you how much loyalty counts. If she had waited a bit, she would have been promoted by now. Anyways, I'm glad Geraldine has been promoted. She deserves it.

I was wondering about that too...she's probably in the second row...I don't think she can handle being the fashion director yet but who knows in the future...
