I think she's wearing the leather jacket because it's fashionable (the whole 'tough leather jacket + pretty dress thing') rather than doing a 180 on her style. I love that outfit with the blue shirt though.

Thats very true but you could say that about everyone else who wears them too, like Blake Lively or Lauren Conrad. I still think her style has flipped over though, she dressed very conservative before, even when she wore less trendy or common pieces, she still made them look bland. I think her outfit combinations now + her new hair really look less contrived & less 'done'

I like the leather jacket over the orange dress...but not over the blue blouse...

the feather skirt though!! The jacket could have worked if she'd had on a different top...

Yeah I agree cicc that it's because it's 'fashionable' but for me that's what makes it feel kind of derived. The fact that she paired it up with an orange dress confirms that. (or am I the only one who has this black/orange Halloween dressing phobia?)

That said, I love what she is wearing at LV. I think if she wants to do a fresher take on her style, doing this sort of modern-luxe look is 100% the way to go. And I agree (of course) with all the others that the haircut looks awesome. And her colorist is amazing. Does anyone know where she goes?
