she must be older, she has the rachel zoe under eye thing going on. but she does have cute style.
funny i saw her in person and she is SOOOOO skinny, but I guess she isn't anorexic because her legs are fuller it seems.
i'm pretty sure in number 4, she is pregnant, because she had a baby in the past year I think

I love her outfit in post 27....

She is definitely naturally thin.

I can see what you mean when you say she overdoes some things, but I think she mixes prints/styles/looks quite well, and very unexpectedly too. You don't think it'll work, but strangely enough, it sort of does (well, to me anyway).

Where did she work before Vogue?

^^^ Yes she is very sweet, very bubbly, it's hard to dislike her.

Valerie Boster is quite a bit younger than her but looks her age or even older

From nytimes.com dated September 30 2001 commemorating her marriage:

So from this, it doesn't appear that she had any well placed relatives who put in a good word for her, I think it's really refreshing to see she got there on her own (unless I'm proved otherwise by anyone else )

So she's about 34 now? I would have guessed she was older, to be honest.
I do agree that Valerie Boster looks older than her, though. Does anyone happen to know what Valerie's occupation at Vogue is?
