I am equally shocked! I only thought she was at Elite for editorials and campaigns. I had no idea she wanted to do runway as well...that's interesting. I hope she makes it on some cool shows, that I'd love to see...

i saw her in soho on monday with a guy, a dog and another black pug.
she was lean, but i don't think lean enough for runway. she had shorts on and was surprised to see cellulite on the back of her legs. very little because she is thin compared to the rest of us mortals.
she had on jeans cut off shorts, black sandals and black sunglasses. the guy she was with looked swedish , tight jeans and high top sneakers.

I can see her doing well in Paris since she probably made a lot of connections there over the summer through Paris Vogue and Carine.

More Vanessa news...

Show packages are piling up at our desks, and as we begin to sort through them, one unexpected face jumped out at us: Vanessa Traina. The Elite model and girl-about-town has been with the agency for a while, but with the exception of a sultry Paris Vogue shoot, has little to her portfolio. So will we see her on the New York catwalks? We hear from her agent it’s still unconfirmed, but she’s definitely into the idea—if it’s with the right designer.

I have to say that made my day - the fact that she has a little cellulite.... I know it sounds mean but thank god!

And I can imagine her at Givenchy in Paris.

Don't know about Milan.
