New software - update, info, how to's etc...

We recently converted the software that runs our community. The conversion process requires a password reset. Please take a few moments to get familiarized with the new software.

Here is some basic info for now and I will keep adding to this page over the next little while. Be patient, it might take a 4-6 weeks to get our community setup "just right" but the results will be worth it.

Password Reset Instruction
Step 1
Click here to request a password request

Step 2
You will receive an email with a link to reset your email. Please follow the instructions in the email(s) and make sure your SPAM or Bulk Mail settings don't have theFashionSpot.com blocked.

Common Questions:
Question: What if my email address on file is incorrect?
Answer: Open a support ticket and include your username & old email address. (Please be patient, replies may take 24-48 hours to process)

Setting Your Preferences
Step 1
Go to the user control panel (usercp) by clicking here. The you will see a list of options down the left hand side.

Common Questions:
Question: Why can't we have images in our signature anymore?
Answer: Previously images in signatures were "pulled" in using HTML code. HTML is no longer allowed in signatures for security reasons. We are looking into solutions to bring this feature back.

Question: Can I turn off having to see other member's signatures, avatars & images?
Answer: Yes, edit your preferences
