^ You can't change anything about that menu, because it is not part of your profile - it's just a way of getting to your profile, sending you a PM, and so forth.

Anyway, in your case legend{} won't work for changing the colour, but it should for changing the size, weight, font family and everything else you haven't already especified.

and it's actually working for you, I checked your codes and you have those headings on pink because you defined the legend tag, if you take it off you'll see they apperar in black.

try this for the ones on the first heading (the names and delete post):
.tcat a:link, .tcat a:link, .tcat_alink {}
.tcat a:visited, .tcat a:visited, .tcat_avisited {}
.tcat a:hover, .tcat a:active, .tcat_ahover {}

and this for the number of post on the second heading:
.thead a:link, .thead_alink {}
.thead a:visited, .thead_avisited {}
.thead a:hover, .thead a:active, .thead_ahover {}
