Email Notifications for Subscriptions ... How To Turn them On and Off

I'm not sure if this has already been posted, forgive me if it has.
I will be going away soon, and don't want my inbox to fill up with email notifications about new posts. Is there a way to turn off all notifications?

Quick Links -> Edit Options -> scroll to Messaging & Notification and choose No email notification (in the box called Default Thread Subscription Mode)

Hello! I'm having a problem with all the emails I receive about any reply on any topic I visit. I would like to delete this option, is it possible? Thankyou very much.

Click on "User CP" in the dark gray menu bar above.

Then look at the menu section on the left side of your screen and click on "List Subscriptions"

Once the list appears, you will see a check box to the right of each subscribed thread; you can edit how the notifications work.

hello... I am currently a member at this forum. i enjoy visiting and posting at this website.
However is there way i don't get emails about all forums that i have visited ... It's making my inbox crowded and using up space.....

Yes, you can manage your subscription from your User Control Panel to get there, you can use the link at the top that says UserCP or (click here).

I'm having the same problem and I still can't figure out what to do.The options page says I'm not subscribing to any threads, but the e-mails still keep coming...

Are you still having this issue? If so, have you unsubscribed from the threads you originally subscribed to? To do this, go to 'List subscriptions' in your User CP and unsubscribe from those that were subscribed to by default. Hope this helps

I was wondering if anyone could help me. I keep on getting emails each time someone responds to a thread i've posted in, and it is filling up my hotmail account. Not to mention how annoying it is when you are on MSN and every two minutes I'm getting an email notification. How do I stop this from happening? I've changed all the settings on my User Control Panel yet it still happens.

Can anyone direct me on what to do?
