Not to make confusion - I can open specific magazine thread, but I can't open the home page of the magazine section.

I have the same problem. Every time I try to acces forums.thefashionspot.com/f78, forums.thefashionspot.com/f79 or my usercp page I get redirected to the forums homepage

Is anyone still experiencing issues? Tech believes that everything is OK now.

If you are still experiencing access issues, tech requests the following info: "the exact time and timezone of the user, the page they were on, and the steps that can be followed to reproduce the failure."

Please try now, and if you can't load the page, describe what page you were on when you tried to load it, and how you tried to load it, and what exactly happened, including the text of any error message you received. Tech requires this information to reproduce the problem.

Right now Designers and Collections is loading for me and some other members, so the problem is localized and the techs need some clues to help them figure out exactly what's going on. Thanks!

Hi sorry to bother you guys, I am asking this for a new member whom I invited not long ago. She told me that she can't receive the verification email from TFS on the email account she gave me, and it seems that her registered email here is "jollfybee@thefashionspot.com" instead of her own email account. Thanks a lot and I apologise if this is the wrong thread to ask such question.

Have her contact the "Tech Support" staff by using the "Contact Us' link at the bottom of the page ... and give them all the details:

Have her tell them her real name, her username, the email she put on the account, and the email she would like to have on the account and explain that she could not finish registering because of the incorrect email. Then have her also provide a couple of things to verify she's the owner of the account ... your username as the inviting member, the birthdate on the account, her location (city, state, etc.) and when she opened her account.

They will be able to correct the email and confirm the account for her.

Hi, my friend did what she's told and now her account here is deleted--but the thing is, she hasn't receive any email from TFS yet? Thank you so much

Her account is not deleted. Please have her contact the help desk if she is still having trouble signing in. She should also make sure that the email is not going to her spam box/filter.

not really a problem with tfs but there is a pop up in the Jena Malone thread that ask for a username and password for another site. Im guessing its cause of a hotlink image
