Don't know if it's at certain times, seems like randomly. 2-3 hours earlier today for example.
Usually, when these problems start, it doesn't load at all. Sometimes though if i refresh it, it does get there after a couple minutes.
IE
broadbend
DL 4409kbps / UL 397kbps

Hour: After 5pm
Problem: The pages partly load and stay that way for too long. Sometimes it gets stuck with only the banner, sometimes with only a grey background. I usually have to close and restart my browser.
Browser: Firefox
Connection: Wireless... but through a router hooked to cable? (I think)
Speed: Download Speed: 392 kbps (49 KB/sec transfer rate)
Upload Speed: 342 kbps (42.8 KB/sec transfer rate)
