First thing - you need to do a search to see if an identical / similar thread is already posted. You can read all about how to do a search : in this link
Try with a couple of search words.. if nothing turns up..
...go to the top left hand side of the specific forum* overview in which you want to post your thread. There you will find a black link entitled : Start A New Discussion
*by specific forum I mean the Designers & Collections forum or Star Style etc
hey. is there a thread on photography tips here on tFS? ive searched but i can't find one and there are many tFSers that are interesting in photography so i thought that it would be a good idea..no?
I would like to find pictures of Lea Massari, Ornella Muti, and Liv Ullman. I have noticed that there is very little or nothing on these actresses. I'd like for someone to start a thread on them. Where and how do I go to find people interested in starting threads on them who already have pictures of them ? It does not seem appropriate for me to start a thread in Star Style, with nothing to offer, yet there may be members who already have some pictures and would be happy to post them.
Hi Jeanne, usually when people enjoy a certain topic they will start a thread on it.. but since noone has done so on any of the people you mentioned.. maybe you could find some pictures and start the threads..sooner or later other members will add to the threads
You just started a thread to ask this question (so you actually know how to do this).
Before starting a new thead, always do a search by Thread Titles using several likely keywords to make sure that there is not already a thread about your topic. There are thousands of threads here, so it's very likely that you will find you topic so that you can post your questions or comment there.
If a member starts a duplicate thread, it will either be deleted or merged with the ongoing thread (as I did here).
But ... make sure that we don't already have a thread on that topic ... do a search by thread titles first. We remove duplicate threads ("discussions") ... just so you know. We try to have all threads with titles that reflect to contents ... to make it easy to find via our search engine.
To learn about searching ... Read the Pinned thread near the top of this forum ... the Newbie Help thread and you will be directed to information about searching in another thread ... also pinned near the top.
I want to start a thread in the The ETC's of the Modeling World on Commercial and Catalog models. I did a search and did not find a thread on this topic. Is it OK?
