Not Getting your Email from tFS? If you have hotmail, Yahoo mail, gmail ...
If you are registered with a hotmail address and are not receiving email from tFS servers (something you would need should you forget your password and need to have a new password sent to you), here is how to add tFS to your safe senders list:

1. Go into Options
2. Click on Safe/Blocked Senders
3. Click on Blocked Senders
4. Scroll through the list and find the tFS email
5. Highlight it then click "Remove from List"

6. Go back to the page with Safe/Blocked Senders
7. Go into Safe Senders
8. In the box write: @thefashionspot.com
9. Click Add to List

This should do it!

Click on "create a filter" (this determines what to do with a message as it arrives).

Direct @thefashionspot.com to always go into the inbox

If you have never received emails ... or if you recently changed your email with us ... they are most likely being blocked at your end.

You probably will not see our email addresss (@thefashionspot.com) on the "blocked" list ... because that list is usually for emails that you personally blocked. The following ISP's automatically block our emails .... gmail, hotmail, yahoo and Comcast. You must actually place our email address on their "safe sender" list in order to overide their block. See #6 through #9, above.

However ... Comcast does not allow you to do that .... so it's best to use another email provider for emails from tFS and change your account accodingly. But before, change your email address on your tFS account, make sure you place us on the Safe Sender list at your new ISP ... or you won't get our confirmation email to reactivate your account.
