How do I know if my account will automatically renew?

My PM box is suddenly 100% full so I'm assuming that my premier account has expired? Where can I find out for sure?

Your premier account expired on Dec. 2. I don't know if it's possible to set up automatic renewal in the current system, or if there is a way you can check the dates of your subscription other than by asking a moderator to check it for you.

I renewed on Saturday and I got a receipt when I did it, but it has not upgraded yet.

The amusing thing was that I was going to PM you, tangerine, but when I hit "send" it told me my PM box was full. I had totally forgotten that!

So, sorry to post this here. Any help would be appreciated!

It can take up to a week .... so wait that time. Then, if still not upgraded, post a screenshot of your paypal account here, showing it was remitted to tFS.

Another thought .... we are experiencing a major systems glich right now ... and it seems to be impacting everything that needs to get updated. So ... there is the possibility that it is also affectingaccount upgrades, too. It might fix itself, after tech tupport gets tFS back to it's normal, well running self.

Yep, I'm still waiting for the upgrade. I renewed on December 12.

But it sounds like things are still a bit weird tech-wise, so I'll just wait a bit more.

OK ... here's what is going on:

Premium Account upgrades are temporarily on Hold now.

Here is why: There is a commuication break with Paypal and our members were not getting upgraded. Our Tech Support has communicated with Paypal and we are waiting for them to restore the communications link. Hopefully that will happen shortly.

When everything is back functioning properly, we will return the link to your User CP ... Misc. So, hang tight .... and check back in your User CP from time to time. When you see the link in your UserCP, it should be safe to pay for a Premium Account upgrade.

We have identified the members who have paid but did not get upgrades ... and we have manually upgraded your accounts today. They are ready for your use.

I have been advised that it's working and Paypal should be forwarding the information to our system now. So ... tech support has restored the link in your UserCP ... you may now purchase upgrades.

I will be upgrading my account tomorrow. Is the payment a one off payment? I just wanted to make sure incase $20 is coming out of my mum's bank account automatically every year.

It's for one year ... and it does not renew automatically. So, set the date on your calendar to remind yourself next year.

If you suddenly find that your mailbox is full or your attachment space is full ... when it was fine previously ... that sometimes will tip you off that your year has expired ... time to renew.
