Posting Pictures from my Computer ... Using the Attachments feature

I'm not sure how best to go about it on a PC without an editing program, but if you can use your dad's mac and he's running OS X, the easiest way is to open the pdf in Preview, then export it as a jpeg or whatever. (Select File >Export, then pick your filetype from the dropdown menu.)

I'm so confused. I've gone through all the directions but I just can't seem to get it. Could anyone tell me what to do after I find a picture on the internet so I can post it as an attachment? I have photobucket and paint if it helps. Thanks very much for your help I forgot to ask if it is necessary for me to save a picture I find on the internet to my computer (such as paint). It just seems so time consuming to do all that unless I'm doing something wrong .

strut, you have to save it on your computer first. (via right clicking or ctrl with mac), then you hit the manage attachment button and upload it here.

or you use photobucket for uploading pictures and then just copy and paste the link

I'm a newbie. I'm just wondering why I can't see some of the pics here(display as red crosses), while others can view 'em.

Why can't I show the whole picture on the screen? It is always displayed as a file name.

you copy the IMG link and paste it in the page of the forum of thefashionspot.com
the result should be like this

IMPORTANT: remember to credit your picture (the source or where you found it) otherwise it'll be deleted by the mods...

Is it possible to delete your attachments? If so, can someone please explain how to delete attachments.......Thanks!!!

Only TL's and Mods can delete attachments - members cannot deleted their attachments as the threads where they are located in would loose a lot of their value without the images.

I supplement my tfs attachment quota with imageshack, which is free..

Thanx Hanne for the information....it kind of sucks that you can't delete any attachments except TL's and Mods...... I don't care very much for imashack....
