Problem accessing profiles

For some reason I cant access some peoples profiles even though they have only just added me!
I'm not talking about the 'this is private' message from tFS but literally the internet will say you can not access the page.. and its only with certain profiles

Check to see if they have a character in their user name that is not in the regular alphabet. This is not a complete list but certain characters like: &, ?, *, #,+, / , ? , etc. in User Names are no longer readable by the new system. So the profile is not accessible to members or even to that user.

Those members who are having problems with accessing their own profile, should contact a moderator or use the "Contact Us" link to report it as a tech issue and we will change their user name to a more system friendly spelling.
