Re: Art+Commerce: No Posting of HQ Images

Attention: All tFS Members

We have been put on notice by Art+Commerce that no one may post any of their High Quality (hi res) images in our forums. To do so constitutes a violation of their legal copyrights.

We have removed all the A+C images in question, persuant to their notice and in compliance with the Digital Millenium Copyright Act of 1998 (See Terms of Service for more information: link at bottom of page).

This constitutes notice to all members to refrain from posting any A+C HQ images in our threads in the future. Members who post A+C HQ's will be warned and may loose their membership privileges if they do not comply.

We appreciate your help in this very serious matter.

I don't think this will be the last one of these. I've been expecting to see the same kind of thing from WireImage, Getty and some others.

^ to be honest, I'd just PM *Bianca* , mariemaud or CharlotteCA for i-d. seems safer. but then I'm paranoid.

^I agree... please PM someone about it. It is better that we don't post A&C images at all in good faith to A&C.
