Eh, never mind about my question, in the back of my mind I was thinking of a couple of vague sub-forums based on threads that seem similar to this one, but the actual sub-forums themselves: Fashion... In Depth and Member Support & Feedback are OK, but not necessarily any better.

A member just asked me if we had a thread like this, so I dug it up. And, I just moved it to Member Support and merged it with a couple smaller threads about this same topic that were already in Member Support. Seems like this is the best place, because it's here that members can come and ask any questions they have about tFS.

I"m going to update some of the information, as best as I can piece it together from information in this thread and my own memories. If you have other facts to add, feel free to add them or make corrections.

Time Line/History:

• Founded on May 28th, 2002. . The oldest post we have found is also on dated May 28, 2002.
• Founders, Psyche and Bear.
• First members, all joined on May 28th, 2002: Bear, Psyche, Caremel Cashew, CoasterRide, Illousia.
• Some of the first Moderators were Psyche, AndorraStar ... and more, but I don't personally remember who. If you know who were original mods back in 2002, please post them.
• Bear sold it to AndyR (who owns a companty called Social Media and the Royal Forums was one of our sister forums), somewhere around 2005, I think who held if for a few years.
• Then it was sold to an e-media advertising company (now that we had grown enough to support advertisers): Atomic Online, I am trying to remember when this happened but I think somewhere around 2008.
• Atomic Online added a new front page and hired an editor who is responsible for overseeing all the editorials and articles you now see. And of course, they started putting up all the ads. Before that we were just a forum ... nothing more.

I think Psyche, Lena, Astrid and of course Andorra were some of the first mods actually. Wasn't softgrey on the same round as Helena, Curious and Leyla?, must've been mid-late 2004. Memory hurts!, I remember when I first got here I didn't even know there were mods.. or rules! .. it was quite small.

Oh I remember this so well. We used to have that front page where all the newest threads were posted, which came in really handy during fashion week. And swear words weren't censored

Yes, she is. And she's held that position for a long time now. As of this moment, she has 47,760 posts ... way ahead of anyone else. (And that doesn't count anything she posts in the The Sidewalk Cafe or in the Moderator forums.)
