secured-live-scan.com messages
I will try to post a screencap of a website that keeps jacking the page whenever I comment/post something. Has anyone else been getting this secured-live-scan.com warning message whenever posting to tfs in any way? I'm only asking because I want to know if it's my computer, or if it's a tfs issue. Please respond if you've seen this message! Thanks.

No I've been getting them too. Not the pop ups, my browser just tells me that it's a known site for some software and asks if I wanna go back to my homepage, which I usually do. Thanks for making the thread BTW!

Thanks for responding! I just signed on today to see what the damage was, and I got yet another redirection, but not to secured-live-scan. Something similar. I should have taken a screencap. It wanted me to install software. Do you use a mac or pc?

Lucy ... by "this popup" do you mean it is the same pop up descirbed by the OP? Or is it a tFS ad ... something else?

I have just started a thread about tFS popups that are causing problems like yours ... here.

Websites that jack your computer and force you to go to their site are usually something like a virus or a trojan ... and sit in you hard drive. They can be picked up anywhere you surf ... and have to be eradicated by a good anti-virus software program. It's not likely that is was picked up here ... since tFS is owned by a large internet company that is totally legit and they have a full time tech staff to set up the ads on this and their other sites.

I had a spyware that was doing something similar a week or two ago.
I found a good anti-spyware program and it worked well.
Try clearing your cookies and history, if it doesn't help, a good anti-virus or getting spybot search and destory will help immensely!
