Whenever I try to host a picture at imageshack.us ( for example ) and copy paste the link as my signature, no picture comes up, it remains being a link.

Can anyone tell me how to keep a picture as my signature ?

Pictures aren't allowed in signatures.

I've been trying to put the following text in my signature,

By three methods may we learn wisdom: First, by reflection, which is noblest; Second, by imitation, which is easiest; and Third, by experience, which is bitterest.,

which is 164 characters including all spaces, but for some reason a message keeps popping up that my signature may not exceed 200 characters in length...?

I keep having the same trouble. I'm trying to change my sig to a different colour and size, and it's way less than 200 characters, but I get that message all the time.

I have the same problem, I can't even have a 15 character siggy anymore.

Oh, it's okay now. There was just some troubleshooting at first, but after re-trying a coupla times it worked.

mine has only 56 characters and I still can't change it for some reason.

I had the same! Maybe it's because you kept changing the colors over and over, that takes up quite a few characters and the editor thing seems to save them all, that was my problem.

and then i see signatures of other members and they are about 2 or more lines, how come?
