In User CP, in the column on the left, under Miscellaneous, you should see a link titled Account Upgrades.

i went to the paypal site that was linked in the account upgrade thing.
I filled everything and it seemed to work, but it has been 3 days since i did it, and still nothing has changed.
i didnt received an email or anything, i didnt make a paypal account,
did i do something wrong or do i just have to wait??

and i checked, i do make money on the credit card.

We are under new management since about 20 months ago ... so there is a possibility that it has changed since then. They kept premium accounts because we said a lot of our members wanted them ... but I don't think that they actually are paying any attention to them (it's not their main source of income, advertising is).

It seems like it is different now .... but they are unable to tell us what or why, exactly. We are trying to learn about how it is set up now, as you guys report to us.

I need help from a MODERATOR PLEASE I upgraded my account 4 days ago and still have not seen any change my mailbox keeps saying that is 100% full when it only has 7 messages saved. Can someone help me please

It can take up to about a week ... depending on various factors at Paypal (an unverified account, checking account or credit card, foreign currency exchange, etc.).

This is so silly but... I can't seem to find the Account Upgrades in my User CP. That's what it looks like:

Am I in the wrong section?

It used to be under Miscellaneous .... so I think that when they fixed it ... they somehow dropped the link. I'll report this to Tech Support and see if they can restore it.
