OK ... here's what is going on:

Premium Account upgrades are temporarily on Hold now.

Here is why: There is a commuication break with Paypal and our members were not getting upgraded. Our Tech Support has communicated with Paypal and we are waiting for them to restore the communications link. Hopefully that will happen shortly.

When everything is back functioning properly, we will return the link to your User CP ... Misc. So, hang tight .... and check back in your User CP from time to time. When you see the link in your UserCP, it should be safe to pay for a Premium Account upgrade.

We have identified the members who have paid but did not get upgrades ... and we have manually upgraded your accounts today. They are ready for your use.

this explains why.

hopefully its up and running soon.
btw, are any off the mods able to check that for me ?

Hmm.. as far as I remember my subscription to the Premier Account will end on December 27th - will the problem with paypal be fixed until then so that I can pay for a new subscription? I mean, of course, if it's not safe to pay via paypal until that date I will wait and deal some days with a "normal Account"

I have no idea when it will be fixed ... that is between Paypal and our Tech Support guys. Not something we are directly involved in ... sorry I can't answer.

I have been advised that it's working and Paypal should be forwarding the information to our system now. So ... tech support has restored the link in your UserCP ... you may now purchase upgrades.

I just remembered paying for Premier Account earlier this month, I wanna know how to check for the upgraded status? cause I don't seem to notice any differences, thanks

For the upgrade, can we add a feature of payment that we pay with creditcard and not paypal.

you dont need a paypal account to get an upgrade.

You have a Premium Account. One way to tell is that your avatar is bigger than 80x80.

Another way to tell is that with a Premium Account, you can have 1000 stored Private Messages.

To test it ... you should upload a new avatar in the bigger size, 160x80, and if it looks like mine ... wider than before .... you are good to go.

You now may attach 10 times the amount of images ... and have tons more PM space to network with friends ... and may also change to any title you wish for under your avatar ... but I see that you have already done that.

i had a question..

my account is expired on the 16th of this month, and i was wondering if i paid BEOFRE this date, once that date passes will my account still be the premier account ?
