Grind carrots in a mixer and put it on your face like a mask 30 mins before you go to bed every night. It makes your skin soo soft..

^ Just don't grind it too much. It needs to look like small pieces with some mush...

I posted this in a similar thread...It might help some of you...if you dont already know this...

you ppl that have bad acne..or acne at all..shouldnt try and fix it yourself..with just washing and keeping it clean...it only makes it worse if you try and wash to much...coz it dry the skin and it makes it produce even more fat..it wont solve the problem...'
you should contact a doctor..they can give you like "dalacin, duac or medication etc" depending on how bad it is..
that will take away acne ..like forever...

the red acne scars that some of you have will go away after about a year...but if you have like scars that go deep...and your skin doesnt seem to be even...and have like bumps...they never go away...
but there is still some hope...plastic surgery is the solution...it reduces the scares to 60-75%.
it doesnt cost a whole lot...like maybe 4000-5000 dollars...for the whole face

for those of you that cant wait a whole year...or 6 months for the red acne scars to go away...you can fade the parts by laser-surgery. (IPL)

and eating chocolate doesnt make you get acne...it can make it worse for some ppl but that is just for some ppl...
to change your diet doesnt really help the problem...most doctors can agree I think..well at least my friends doctor said so.

Putting carrots on your face daily will result in an orange face from all the beta caratone. You can drink freshly made carrot juice on regular basis and that will help your skin as it's rich in Vitamin A.

^ Doesn't bother me or a friend that recommended it?

Apparently drinking milk is bad for acne-prone people because it helps make the skin oily...

YEP!!!! Read a newspaper article the other day about that. Apparently it's the hormones in the milk that can aggravate acne. Sucks for me because I love milk. I've tried drinking soya milk but it just tastes like flour mixed with water. urgh.

I agree with this, from my experience the less stuff you put on your face the better. Avoid medication that can really dry your skin because that'll escalate your problem (like 10% benzoyl peroxide). I now use Mycin gel that's really light on the skin and I can't remember the last time I had a bulging pimple on my face.

I'm not saying milk does or doesn't aggravate acne because everyone has different triggers. For those who can't do without milk in their coffees / teas, I've been without milk in coffee for about eight months now. I can no longer bear to drink coffee with milk in as I feel as if my mouth is being coated in yuk. I supplement my calcium intake with yoghurt and cheese. I just wanted you to know that it is do-able. I used to have the milkiest coffees in the world (almost)
