i find applying cocoa butter before you go to sleep lessens the inflamation of any eruption i will be getting; often times it makes them disappear...

^Do you have very dry skin? I've read that vitamin e oil increases the dryness.

^ Do you keep rubbing your face gently for at least 30 minutes a day then leave it on and wash it off before you go to bed? It takes two months to start seeing a difference on average, but when you put it on first time, your skin automatically feels softer..

PS: It's the capsule you break, then the liquid in a bottle..

has anyone used Bio-Oil on their skin and seen their red scars fade? Or is vitamin E better?

does anyone know if neutrogena still has a makeup line? because I have to shop for a new oil free foundation i guess. Ive searched shoppers and zellers.. and havn't come accross the neutrogena products!
That's not true! I used to use liquid foundation every day and then stopped for over a month and nothing happened. Pimples are largely hormonal, and for me, not using foundation was pointless. Now I use it again to hide the pimples.

I seriously can't take the bumps and blackheads anymore! I've started a new routine of cleansing, toning and mousturizing every evening and morning, and I hope it does something.

Does anyone know how to squeeze or get rid of your blackheads by yourself? I've tried, but they seem hard and they really don't want to budge.

I used to use cocoa butter but it gives me contact dermatitis

I made the switch from AHA to BHA today. AHA seemed to just fry my face. Let's hope the BHA is gentler. I got the olay lotion with it. The one in the black box. I heard BHA is good for acne, right?

I have used Bio-Oil, but not on my face, for my stretchmarks and it really helped!
