Icon9 razorburn

I couldn't find any other threads about this topic(sorry if it's been covered before)
I believe it's because this winter has been unusually cold and dry where I am, but I have been getting really bad razor burn and bumps on my legs and I was wondering if anybody here has any experience/suggestions for me. It's driving me crazy because it's not going away, no matter what I do I've stopped shaving as often, I've switched to a better razor and a more natural shave cream(meant for sensitive razor burn prone skin) I always moisturize after I shower......I'm so lost for ideas.
Does anybody have any suggestions?

I have the same issue but generally a mild exfoliator (is that even a word?) has helped me as well as lots of moisturizer. I recommend the mango body scrub & body butter from the body shop, it does wonders with me.

Good luck!!!
