You could always go try a cup at a coffee shop and see if it's something you enjoy enough to justify the price.

It has lots of antioxidants so not only is it good for acne, it helps with weight loss. I also heard that it prevents cancer. I drink it a few times a week. It's great!

I drink several cups a day, I find it's a good way to make yourself drink more water!

I love all types of tea. My favourite green tea is green tea with lemon. I haven't been drinking much of it recently but I'd really like to start drinking it again. Perhaps I'll go stock up with my next pay cheque?

I religiously drink normal "everyday tea" though. I dont feel right in the mornings without a big mug of it.

I've noticed since I've made a point to drink at least 2 cups of green tea a day that my skin has started to really improve! I haven't had any breakouts and my skintone seems much more even, I'm totally sticking to this routine

^ I agree, I have quite clear skin anyway, but I don't even get the little breakouts I used to since I started having at least 2 cups of green tea a day!

Agreed. Green tea and white tea have got so much fantastic antioxidants in them. I always stick a bag in my bottle and bring it to classes, and sip the very concentrated tea throughout the day! It really helps the immune system, calms the skin and boosts metabolism too!

I bought some white tea today. I'm liking it. Lately I've been finding green tea too bitter so I have been putting a bit of honey in would it be better to use that agave syrup stuff though? Cos there is some in the cupboard.

Normally I drink 2-3 cups of green tea every day, sometimes even more. Plain green tea is a little bitter for me since I drink it without sugar. So I enjoy it most with fresh lemon. And to my surprise I recently found out that it's more useful with a splash of lemon juice! Besides you can never have too much of Vitamin C during the cold season
It makes me feel great that besides the fact that I love it, it also does good to my body
