I like it the dress! I love love love Asos, if you have something specific in mind it is the place to go because it has such a variety of brands, and specific search categories. Very fast delivery as well, I normally find my packages arrive within two days of ordering using standard delivery. You do need to be a little careful with some of their own brand stuff though - it can get a little tacky (generally because of poor fabrics). Still love it though (:

Bel, I love it! I was just looking at it this morning..
They finally despatched the order!
I hate that I'm not in the UK, it means I'll have to wait for the package longer...

I want 2 dresses from ASOS, which is this UK store. I've never ordered from there and don't know how their sizing is, or if its consistent. I noticed they have a size chart and it goes like this:

^size chart courtesy of www.asos.com

My measurements are:

Bust: 38 (measured across widest part)
Waist: 30 (measured across natural waistline)
Hips: 38 (measured across widest part)

Both of the dresses I'm looking at have v-necks and are cut kinda low in front and my issue is with my breasts cuz I wear a 32E/F and I always have problems with them fitting into clothes. I weigh 133 (5'1") as of this morning but I'm exercising HARD right now to lose 5 lbs and will probably be closer to 128/129 by the time I receive the two dresses.

Judging by the size chart above I'm thinking I should go with either a 12 or a 14 but I don't know which would be safer...? What do you guys think? I'm hoping some people who have ordered from them before can chime in as to their sizing....

TIA

ETA: I normally can fit a US size 8 in Express dresses.

zzirvingj, what material are those dresses? Their cotton/jersey dresses usually stretch, so you could order in size 12. If not I'd go with 14 because like you said the chest is the problem, plus any dress will look ok even if its a bit too loose on the bum area... hth

sadly no, and it still has not arrived. asos could not even provide me with a tracking number when i emailed, the service isnt the best.

i keep hearing bad stuff about NAP, but when i order things from there, i get them in 2 days.

yeah, but think about how much the shipping costs... isn't it like 20GBP at NAP? And I was only charged 3.95 by asos...

I love that asos are really expanding their brand and starting to stock some really cool brands like acne and sass and bide etc.

I agree, they've also got the T by Alexander Wang line coming soon. It's becoming a more accessible Net a Porter.
