Whoops ordered a couple of things when I was meant to start cutting back. Things I have wanted for a while though sooo maybe that makes it okay.

Is their delivery good?

Yes, they are quick and nothing got lost for me so far (except they once sent me a wrong item, but that wasn't delivery's fault).

Last year ist started on midnight from 24th to 25th. Judging from the free shipping code I think it will be the same this year.

I have to say I'm quite dissapointed with their fall-winter collection, I didn't buy a single item since spring (though I've been wearing a yellow summer dress and mint T-shirt a lot the other season), neither am I planning to now, when the sales are going on. Oh, I've bought a rose-gold set od jewellery in October which I love, but that's about it.
Also their prices have increased quite a lot in the last year, such a shame. They have the exact same sweater in current collection, that they were selling two seasons ago and it's price is now higher.

I agree! I haven't bought anything cos since april 2012.
And the prices are soooo much higher.

yah- i don't like the website either...

and i have been to COS several times over the years on my visits overseas...
but i can honestly say that i never wear the few things that i've purchased there...

everything looks sooo good on the racks and the stores are set up so nicely...
but i have found that the fit is funky and hardly anything looks good when i try it on...

really disappointing...

It's the opposite for me, I am wearing their items the most of all I have.

The only thing that bothers me it's the price, but quality really is the best you can get for it.
And the sizes are pretty big when you're buying anything that's not meant to be fitted.

^sure, but I mean as opposed to buying stuff on a whim and then only wearing it a few times/one season (as I tend to do with clothes from H&M etc...)
