Update.. on the akris item.. the seller will do EMS w. insurance, she confirmed that there was no flaws (sent her reply directly to my e-mail instead of to the ebay messenger) but would only do money order, cashie's check from my bank in US $$ or Western Union ... I think I'm just going to let this one go..

yeah, i think that's wise. i dunno, some people may be overly paranoid about protecting themselves and can still be honest about the stuff they sell. however, is it just a coincidence that the fund types she requested only give you eBay as an arbitor in case of disagreement?

also, i think she is actually obligated to accept your Paypal payment. if she has a Paypal logo, she has to accept all types of Paypal from all buyers.

the ems should have protected you and her both on the actual value of the item. i don't know what else she was hoping to get from Paypal.

in the least, she is pretty unprofessional.

Her dress her rules..

I don't think she is obligated since has listed it as a 'ships to United States' not world wide.. I just find that 80% of the time.. those that just list United States will be willing to make an exception..
