Nice gold top! Is it sequins? I'm always too scared they might end up falling off because of quality. How much is it anyways?

I just saw it in stores today and yes it is sequins. and it's kinda heavy but very nice. I think it's around 30 bucks (CAD). I would have bought one if they had my size
