Teja,
They used to take orders by phone and ship in France and Switzeland but they dont anymore.
Not since a packet full of clothes and sent to a very good customer was lost.
Thats what the manager told me when I phoned them up to have a fur shipped to me...Maybe they've changed their mind again about that, you should call them.

has anyone bought the etoile momo jacket or a similar jacket? it retails for $395. are threads going to stick out of it after a while? it is made of wool, poly and lurex.
I saw it today, looks really nice but not as nice as that wonderful APC fur that i saw next to it.
I havent had the chance to see the IM fur for real, only on net a porter and in magazines so far.
How is the APC fur that you like so ?
IM is getting a bit expensive for my liking. Her fur costs over 1650€ when it s only made of rabbit fur.I like the Leopard print though.

thanks for the images runner...
the interior of the NY store is not that different than this new one...
as much as i haven't liked her stuff for some time now and as high as some of the prices have gotten...
i have seen a couple of things from Etoile that seem nice and fairly priced...
more in the gypsy feel that she used to do...
her jeans and corduroys have zips in the worst possible place...right at the widest part of the hips/thighs...
my friend got them and i made her return them because they were SO bad...
zara makes better pants......

it has been americana-themed for some time past.
instant intimacy with/easy approach to america and its culture might have been a bit risky, commercial success aside, for any european flair, esprit, bon gout, whatever, or even english genius.
once mcqueen tried to cook it and admitted it failed.
of course it can produce good results. for example ferrari daytona, etc. not clothes though
