in an effort to keep the d&c thread on track..

i've started this thread to discuss the stores and the pieces etc...

so- i went to Jeffrey's...
they have about 6 pieces so far...

none of the pieces i am looking for of course...

*lucky- they have the shirt you are looking for...
the white long sleeveless one...it's about $500

blazers are about $1000...

so far...it's like 6 random pieces hanging on a rack looking really sad and forlorn...
hopefully they will get more stuff in to fill it out and represent the collection properly...

wow, their prices seem higher than IF.

please post you blouse that you bought from a previous season, it was really pretty.

took some pictures this morning of the recent tops I bought from this season. I'm enamored with her clothing and really hope to get down to NYC to see more of this in person...it's that good.

the black long paneled jersey top is really pretty neat. it has a collar like in the runway picture. the shorter piece I have on today. the badly angled picture makes me look like I have mini feet when they really appear huge in the big stomping chloe boots. I couldn't resist giving madge simpson some face time. truth is I didn't have makeup on yet...

i'm recovered now...that was a whole lot of wonderful to see before noon.

lucky, i'm going to go check it out this afternoon. I walked by yesterday evening on my way to the market and everything was buzzing...there were all these big white bubbles, like in those ads from the late 90's. Everything was still pretty covered up though. I wonder if softgrey went to the opening?

I did go to Jeffrey to see the limi though. They had only very few and very plain pieces...no tees or anything like that yet. I hope they get more in, but I'm not holding my breath...

i did go to the store opening...

it was nice...
they built a cool temporary structure around the YY store just for the event...

*the one thing that scared me is that i saw the asst mgr from the soho store there and she recognized me..

I think IF has better pricing than Jeffrey in this case.
